Lok Sabha Elections: Voting for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections has ended. About 61.4 percent voting took place in this phase today. During the elections, CBI raid took place in Bengal, in which huge quantity of ammunition was recovered.
Votes cast for 88 seats
The second round of the 7-phase elections to elect the country’s 18th Lok Sabha has ended today. In this round, voting was done on 88 seats ( 88 seats) in 13 states and territories.
Voting on all 20 seats of Kerala
In the second phase of Lok Sabha elections, voting took place today on all 20 seats in Kerala, 14 out of 28 seats in Karnataka, 13 seats in Rajasthan, and 8 seats each in Maharashtra and UP.
Voting took place on 6 seats of MP
In today’s Lok Sabha elections, votes were cast on 6 seats of MP and 5 seats each of Assam and Bihar. Along with this, voting took place on three seats each in Chhattisgarh and West Bengal, while voting took place on one seat each in Manipur, Tripura and Jammu and Kashmir.
BSP candidate dies in Betul
Voting was to be held on a total of 89 seats in this second phase of elections, but due to the death of a BSP candidate in Betul, MP, the elections were postponed there. Now voting will take place there on 7th May.

In this third phase of Lok Sabha elections, the fate of famous names like Rahul Gandhi, Hema Malini, Arun Govil, Om Birla, HD Kumaraswamy, Shashi Tharoor and Rajiv Chandrashekhar was sealed in EVMs.
A cache of weapons found in West Bengal
Today CBI raided several locations of Shahjahan Sheikh in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal. During this period a large quantity of ammunition was recovered. CBI later also called NSG for help. There was also news of violence.
Tripura won in voting
Today the highest voting took place in Tripura, where 78 percent voting took place. After this, 77.2 percent voting took place in Manipur, 72.5 percent in Chhattisgarh, more than 70 percent in West Bengal and Assam.
