New Delhi. NIA’s operation ‘finish’ will begin to thwart ISI’s  (ISIS) Afghanistan online radicalization move. In the last 6 months, the intelligence agency has received such information that ISI has created a new online radicalization group on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border to reactivate the ISIS Khorasan module. In this, the youth of India are being targeted, who are studying in the field of Doctor Engineer Scholar. This information has come to light in the investigation of Karnataka, Pune and Kerala modules. This communication from Pakistan-Afghanistan border is happening through encrypted messaging application.

In the last few months, the interrogation of the arrested people influenced by the ideology of ISIS has exposed the dreadful anti-national conspiracies. The epic center of this conspiracy is the Afghanistan-Pakistan border, from where the new module of ISIS is flourishing. This module has targeted the youth of Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and UP in India. After the formation of the Taliban government in Afghanistan, this module influenced by the ISIS Khorasan ideology is targeting the youth only and only through online radicalization. According to NIA sources, this module is communicating only through encrypted messaging application, to break which the agency’s operation ‘FINISH’ has started.

Many people are involved in ISIS module
Prominent members arrested in the last 6 months who were influenced by ISIS ideology include Faizan Ansari Aligarh, Dr. Adnanali Sarkar Pune, besides half a dozen people influenced by ISIS module in Maharashtra. On the basis of interrogation of the people of these three modules, the dreaded trick of ISIS came to light. After this operation FINISH has been prepared.

Operation ‘FINISH’ working on many fronts
In the two important points of Operation Finish, the first is to identify the messaging application which is completely encrypted. On the lines of terrorists in Kashmir, now members of ISIS are also using it. Alpine Quest, Cripwiser, SafeWiz, Mediafire, Second Line, IMO are prominent in encrypted messaging applications. The second is to identify the associates of these arrested people who are hiding in India. Those who are influenced by the ideology of ISIS and preparing other youths against India.
