New Delhi: Mild cold has arrived in those states of the country where rain is continuing or there is a possibility of rain. However, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the states of North India are going to be warmer than normal in October. The Meteorological Department also said that the Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from the remaining parts of East Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, monsoon  ( weather ) has also departed from Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and some parts of North Interior Karnataka. Meanwhile, the IMD said, “A fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect the Western Himalayan region from October 13, 2023.”

Also, rain has been predicted in Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka and Kerala till October 11. According to the weather agency, there is a possibility of light rain at isolated places with thunder and lightning at isolated places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on October 14 and 15. Talking about today’s weather, during the next 24 hours, there may be light to moderate rain over Coastal Karnataka, North Kerala and South Interior Karnataka along with heavy rain at some places.

Light to moderate rain is possible over Northeast India, Sikkim, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light rain is possible in Western Himalayas, Goa and Rayalaseema. According to Skymet reports, another western disturbance is arriving soon, any time around October 14. This system will be stronger than the existing system.

The spread of weather activity will extend to parts of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Rain can be expected in Delhi between 15th and 18th October. Let us tell you that the temperature of Delhi has been above 32 degrees for some days.
