The Deputy Chief Minister listened to everyone with full patience and sensitivity and said that the people of the state are my family, every pain of the people is my own pain. It is the responsibility of the government to solve the problems of every citizen in a timely and just manner.
In Janta Darshan, common people, farmers, businessmen, women and elderly people from various districts of the state presented their complaints and applications. The Deputy Chief Minister listened to everyone’s problems seriously and directed the concerned officials to take immediate action.
Mr Maurya said that the aim of the state government is to serve the public and respect the public. Every problem will be solved on priority basis. He directed the officials that the public should not be unnecessarily harassed at any level and the complaints should be resolved in a timely and transparent manner. The confidence in the eyes of the people who came for Janta Darshan was clearly visible that the Deputy Chief Minister himself was listening to their problems.
In Janta Darshan, most of the cases came related to land dispute, pension, housing, road, electricity, employment and social welfare schemes. All the cases were immediately sent to the concerned departments. During the program, many needy people were given immediate relief. Instructions were given to provide financial assistance to patients suffering from serious diseases, while the poor and deprived class people were assured of connecting them with government schemes.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that programmes like Janta Darshan are a medium of direct communication between the common people and the government. The government is working in accordance with the aspirations of the people and the objective of Janta Darshan is to provide quick solutions to the problems of the people.
