Services of India’s largest airline will remain disrupted on January 14

The country’s largest airline Indigo will work on updating its system on January 14, due to which its facilities will be disrupted for some time. Information has been given by the company regarding this, so that the customers do not have to face any problem.

Services will be affected for about six hours
The company has told that due to this the services of its website, app and call center will be affected for about six hours. This information has been given in a notification sent to customers on Friday. Indigo has 300 aircraft in its fleet. The company operates over 1,600 daily flights connecting 102 domestic and international destinations.

Information came out in the information of the airline
The airline’s notice said, “All our systems will be updated on January 14, 2023. Due to this, our website, app and call center services will be affected from 12.30 am to 6.30 am (India time).

There have been problems with Indigo before.
Since January 2020, IndiGo airline aircraft have witnessed 11 instances of emergency landings, while SpiceJet aircraft have faced such a situation four times. Similarly, Air India saw two such incidents while AirAsia saw one emergency landing in the given period.
