The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain for the coming few days. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Delhi on 29 and 30 June. The morning of Delhi, which was burning like a furnace for about three months (‘Sawan) , became very pleasant with cool winds and rain. Today, at around 4 am, when the people of Delhi were in the lap of sleep, the monsoon made a surprise entry. The heat has disappeared. Heavy rain has also created an atmosphere in Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurugram of NCR. According to the Meteorological Department, this period of rain will continue for the next 72 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain on the western coast of India for the next 5 days. Rain has also started in North West India from today. A red alert has been issued for torrential rain in the plains of North West India from 28 to 30 June. There is a yellow alert of rain in Delhi till June 30. At the same time, an alert of heavy rain has been issued in UP for the next five days.

Heavy rains will occur in these states

Heavy rain alert has been issued for the next 5 days in West Bengal, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura. Heavy rains will occur in Uttarakhand, Himachal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan for the next 5 days. If we talk about the dates, heavy rains have been predicted in western Rajasthan on 28 June and 1 July, in eastern MP, Gangetic West Bengal on 28-30 June, in Chhattisgarh and Odisha on 28 to 30 June, in Bihar from 28 June to 1 July.
