New Delhi. Russian President Vladimir Putin (Putin ) has been shown as a dictator in the media of Western countries since the attack on Ukraine. He was also prosecuted for killing a large number of people. Apart from this harsh image, a new face of the Russian President was seen on Wednesday. A video of President Vladimir Putin’s meeting with an eight-year-old girl was shared by the Kremlin, Russia’s government office. In this video, Putin is seen listening to the girl’s problem and finding a solution.
The name of this girl is Raisaj Akipova. A few days ago, when Putin visited her home region Dagestan, he could not meet the girl because of the crowd. Due to not being able to meet the President, Raisaj’s crying picture was widely discussed. After this, Putin called the girl and her family members to Moscow. He welcomed the baby girl wholeheartedly with flowers. Raisat had requested the President to talk to the Finance Minister over phone to seek budget grants for his home region. In this video, released last month after the rebellion of the Wagner Group, Putin seems very kind, concerned for the girl.
Hardly anyone would have seen this form of Putin, known as a harsh ruler. Before solving the problem of child Raisaj, Putin made her sit on his chair. After which spoke to the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister. During this the phone was on speaker and the child was also listening to the whole thing. This little angel got the chance to sit on the chair of the President of Russia, one of the most powerful countries in the world.
Russian finance minister was surprised
After meeting the girl, listening to her problem, Putin immediately called Finance Minister Anton Siluanov to find a solution. The Finance Minister was also surprised by the sudden call from the President. Because of which he was not able to respond to the greeting of the girl. Later, the Finance Minister agreed to the demand of budget grant for the home area of the little girl. After talking to the Finance Minister, President Putin told the girl that a fund of 5 billion rubles i.e. 55.6 million dollars is being released for the Dagestan region.
