Pranav Adani at Infrashakti Awards(Infrashakti)

New Delhi: Pranav Adani, director of Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of the Adani Group, has said that infrastructure development is a very ambitious project and anyone who enters it has to be prepared for all kinds of challenges. He said that there are complexities and problems in any big infrastructure project, and perhaps that is why very few entrepreneurs are able to muster the courage to face these challenges.

During the Infrashakti  (Infrashakti) Awards 2024, organized to celebrate the progress of infrastructure in the country, Pranav Adani (MD, Agro, Oil & Gas and Director, Adani Enterprises) said in his keynote address that we are celebrating the transformative power of infrastructure in India’s development. Congratulating all the winners for winning the awards, Pranav said, “Your presence here is a recognition of your great work and your contribution to the development of the country, which will be remembered for many generations…” He said, “Ancient or modern, human history tells us clearly that infrastructure is the foundation of all development… It is the foundation on which any developed or developing society is built, and it is the foundation that paves the way for economic growth, improves the quality of life, and ensures sustainable development…” “For any country, infrastructure is the real engine of growth…” Pranav Adani said, “As our Prime Minister Narendra Modi often says, For any developing country, rapidly growing infrastructure is the real engine of progress… India’s progress is directly linked to how strong and fast the infrastructure development is taking place in India… The point to understand here is that the development of infrastructure in any country is linked to the approach the government takes towards this important sector… The government’s focus on infrastructure development in India is very clear and this is evident from the decision to increase infra funding by 16 per cent to more than Rs 11 lakh crore this financial year…”
