Sultanpur: The civil court of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh has ordered a SI to be sent to jail after registering a case. The Special POCSO Judge gave this order in the Civil Court today. In fact, Sub Inspector Durga Prasad had come to testify on the issue of warrant in a case of molestation and culpable homicide not amounting to murder. But the sub-inspector, who was intoxicated with his post, took a very careless attitude. On which the judge expressed displeasure with the sub-inspector, ordered to send him to jail. Since then there has been a stir in the police department.
Actually the whole matter is of Madanpur Paniyar village of Lambhua Kotwali. Where 4 years ago, some youths, while teasing a schoolgirl, had mounted a bike on her. Durga Prasad Shukla, currently posted in Barabanki district, was in-charge of Lambhua police station at that time. In this case, Durga Prasad Shukla had recorded his main statement on June 6 in the Special Judge Court of the Civil Court.

Sub-Inspector Durga Prasad, after recording the statement, was continuously absent on many appearances. Therefore, the court had issued a non-bailable warrant against them. In this case, Durga Prasad Shukla had reached the POCSO court late on Tuesday evening. Where the POCSO judge sent Sub Inspector Durga Shukla to judicial custody and directed to appear today i.e. on Wednesday morning. But Durga Prasad Shukla, who was crushed in his head, left from there. After a while the matter took hold, then Sub Inspector Durga Prasad reached the police custody instead of judicial custody.
The sub-inspector appeared in the court this morning regarding the whole matter. When the matter reached the information of POCSO judge Pawan Sharma, expressing displeasure, he filed a case against Durga Prasad Shukla and directed to send him to jail. As soon as this information was received, there was a stir in the police department.
