Teacher’s Day: Today, September 5, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of teacher and former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the country is celebrating as Teacher’s Day.  ( Teacher’s Day) Every year on the occasion of Teacher’s Day, people remember their teachers. Today we are going to tell you about such famous teachers of the country, whose name fills the mind with a feeling of reverence and respect.

Ramakrishna Paramahamsa: The country’s great saint and spiritual guru Ramakrishna Paramahamsa followed Advaita. He was a great advocate of unity among all religions. He was the spiritual teacher of Swami Vivekananda. He was born on 18 February 1836 in Kamarpukur village of Bengal. His childhood name was Gadadhar.
Rabindra Nath Tagore: Rabindra Nath Tagore’s status as a teacher is very high. Poet and painter Rabindranath Tagore developed a different theory of education for children and established Shantiniketan University based on this theory. Which is still awakening the light of education. He was born on 7 May 1861 in Calcutta. Rabindranath Tagore said that the purpose of education should be to promote self-realization, intellectual development, physical development and love for humanity.
Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan: Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was born on September 5, 1888 in Thiruttani of the then Madras Presidency. He was an eminent philosopher and professor. He was awarded the Bharat Ratna in the year 1954. Also, in the year 1968, he became the first person to be honored with Sahitya Akademi Fellowship. This is the highest honor given to a writer by the Sahitya Akademi. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday is celebrated as Teacher’s Day in India.
Abdul Kalam: Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, known as Missile Man, was always a scientist and teacher. After completing his tenure as President, he started teaching at Anna University. He said that he wanted to be known as a teacher. Learning is a life long process. One who knows others is a scholar. But wise is he who knows himself. Knowledge is useless without intelligence.
