Norway expels Russian diplomats on charges of espionage

“It is expelling 15 Russian diplomats suspected of gathering intelligence while working at the Russian embassy in Oslo,” the Norwegian government said in a statement on Thursday. Foreign Minister Annenken Heutfeld said the move was “an important measure to reduce the scope of Russian intelligence activities in Norway and thereby secure our national interests”.
