Kanpur: A massive fire broke out in a five-storey building in Gandhinagar area of ​​Chamanganj police station area of ​​Kanpur. The fire engulfed the entire building    (buildings )  in no time. Many people are feared to be trapped in the building. More than a dozen fire brigade vehicles are trying to control the fire.

Nearby buildings have been evacuated in view of the severity of the fire. Fire brigade employees are trying to rescue people trapped in the building by placing a ladder. According to the information, an illegal shoe factory was running in the five-storey building.

Although the reason for the fire has not been known yet, but in the initial investigation, the possibility of short circuit is being suspected. It is said that the fire gradually took a monstrous form and the entire building was engulfed in flames. At present, efforts are on to extinguish the fire.
