In light of the order of District Judge Dr. Deepak Swaroop Saxena, Krishna Pratap Singh, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gonda, while giving information, it was told that the resolution of prelitigation applications related to matrimonial disputes by District Legal Services Authority, Gonda on January 22, 2022. It will be disposed of through Special Lok Adalat.
It was told by the Secretary that in respect of disputes arising between husband and wife due to various reasons, prelitigation application can be given by the husband or wife or their close relatives in the District Legal Services Authority office either by themselves or through any person.
