New Delhi. The Indian Space Research Organization is ready to send another spacecraft to Mars. ISRO is preparing to send Mangalyaan again, nine years after creating history by successfully placing a rocket in the orbit of the Red Planet in its first attempt. ISRO officials have said that India’s second Mars Orbiter Mission-2 will carry four payloads. The scientific instruments of Mangalyaan-2 (Mangalyaan-2) will study various aspects of Mars. Which includes interplanetary dust, atmosphere and environment of Mars.
An ISRO official said that “all these payloads are in different stages of development.” Nine years ago, on September 24, India had created history by entering the orbit of Mars in its very first attempt. This was an achievement which no other space agency had achieved till then. According to the mission document of Mangalyaan-2, the second Mars mission will carry a Mars Orbit Dust Experiment, a Radio Occultation Experiment, an Energetic Ion Spectrometer and a Langmuir Probe and Electric Field Experiment.
