Iran: Amidst the violence erupting in Iran, US President Donald Trump ( Trump)_ has expressed his support for the protesters. Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth, “Iranian patriots, keep protesting, take over your institutions! Remember the names of the murderers and abusers. They will pay a heavy price. I have canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the senseless killing of protesters stops. Help is coming.”
Make Iran Great Again – Trump
Giving a significant indication of potential US action in Iran, Trump made this announcement with the slogan “Make Iran Great Again” (MIGA). Earlier, Trump had said that the Iranian leadership had contacted him in an attempt to negotiate after threats of military action amidst widespread anti-government protests across the country.
Appeal to Trump for swift action
Iran’s exiled Prince Reza Pahlavi has appealed to US President Trump to take swift action against Iran’s religious leadership (Khamenei regime). Innocent lives are being lost in the protests in Iran.

The protests in Iran, stemming from poor economic conditions, have now turned violent. More than 2000 people have lost their lives. A large number of people are also injured. Government buildings and properties are being set on fire in the streets of Iran.
Slogans of ‘Death to Khamenei’ being chanted
Large-scale protests are taking place in several states of Iran, where the public has taken to the streets over inflation, economic crisis, and the failures of the regime. The Iranian people have risen in open rebellion against their Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Protesters are chanting slogans of “Death to Khamenei.” These protesters have now received support from the United States. Trump clearly told the protesters that help was coming from America.
