Amla Navami: The Navami of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month is called Akshaya Navami or Amla Navami. On this day, after worshiping the gooseberry tree, food is eaten sitting under it. This year Amla Navami will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. According to religious beliefs, the Amla tree is believed to be the abode of Lord Vishnu.
