IAS Kajal: Kajal Jawla is an IAS officer of 2018 batch. He achieved this success in the fifth attempt. His All India Rank was 28th. Kajal Jawla’s story is inspiring for all those who have failed in UPSC 2022. Javala’s story will inspire him to work hard again.
The story of Kajal Jawla teaches us patience and determination and to stand firm in the face of adversity. Well, Javala had to face failures four times to succeed in UPSC. Eventually, he breathed his last after reaching his destination.

Kajal Jawla is a resident of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He did B.Tech in Electronic Communication in 2010. After completing his studies, he started a job in Wipro. Here his salary was 23 lakh (30 lakh) rupees per month. He continued preparing for UPSC along with the job. She used to study in the cab after working for nine hours.
Meanwhile, Kajal Jawla’s marriage was fixed with Ashish Malik. Who used to work in the American Embassy in Delhi. Although her husband Ashish was very cooperative. He did not become an obstacle in Kajal’s dream and the destination to reach it.

Even after marriage, Kajal Jawla’s full attention remained on studies. Her husband took up the responsibility of the housework. From cleaning the house to washing dishes, he used to do the work himself. Kajal had said in an interview that lack of time was the biggest challenge for me.
Kajal says that initially the reason for her failure was lack of time. But Kajal never took the help of coaching. Despite the paucity of time, she did self-study only and managed to get 28th rank. On the question of strategy regarding success in UPSC, she says that the syllabus of UPSC is very big. Newspaper reading is also a part of the preparation. Different strategies are required in each phase.
