Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, will take over tomorrow.

 

New Delhi. Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, the new Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, will take over on Tuesday. Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena will administer oath to Justice Satish Chandra Sharma in a simple ceremony held at Raj Niwas on Tuesday. Till now, Justice Vipin Sanghi was taking over as the Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. He has been appointed as the Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court.

Let us inform that six High Courts of the country got their Chief Justice on Sunday. Of these, five judges have been upgraded to the Chief Justice, while Telangana High Court Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma was transferred and made the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. This was informed by tweeting from the Ministry of Law.
