Jan Suraj will be converted into a political party(Jan Suraj )

Patna: Jan Suraj Abhiyan will now be converted into a political party. The “Jan Suraj Padyatra” which started on 2 October 2022 will take the form of a political party on 2 October 2024. This decision was taken on Monday at the Bapu Auditorium in Gyan Bhavan, Patna. Thousands of people associated with the organization of Jan Suraj  (Jan Suraj ) participated in a one-day dialogue program on Sunday. Prashant Kishore, the mastermind of Jan Suraj, was also present in this program.

All three proposals passed by consensus

A total of three proposals were brought in the program. All the people passed all the three proposals by consensus. The first proposal was brought that when Jan Suraj should be declared as a political party, on which everyone unanimously decided the date of 2 October 2024. The second proposal was brought that Jan Suraj will contest elections on all 243 seats of Bihar, on this proposal also everyone unanimously registered their consent. The third proposal was passed that Jan Suraj will ensure participation of all sections of the society in the organization and ticket according to their numbers, on this everyone unanimously passed this proposal as well.

Suggestions regarding the constitution of the party
Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, while addressing the program said that Jan Suraj will also ensure the participation of women in the upcoming assembly elections. At least one woman will be made to contest from one assembly seat falling within every Lok Sabha constituency. The committee formed for the constitution of Jan Suraj was given permission to formulate the constitution. The officials also gave suggestions regarding the constitution of the party. Prashant Kishore appealed to the officials of the Jan Suraj organization to strengthen the organization at the booth, panchayat, block and district level and make the door-to-door Jan Suraj campaign successful.
