Is the strike (strike)over?

New Delhi. The wrestlers protesting demanding the arrest of the President of the Wrestling Federation of India and BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan have now returned to their homes. There is one Sakshi Malik who is currently in Delhi. All other wrestlers have returned home in Haryana. Sports Minister Anurag Thakur also appealed to the wrestlers (strike) today to maintain patience and trust the investigation being conducted by the government.

All these wrestlers were in Haridwar for the purpose of making their medals flow in the river Ganga. However, the farmer leaders stopped him from doing so. None of the wrestlers interacted with the media due to keeping a vow of silence. However,claims that the wrestlers were seen whispering among themselves.

During the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament, all the wrestlers were going to march from Jantar Mantar to there. Delhi Police stopped them on the way. After which their belongings lying at Jantar Mantar were also removed. All the wrestlers were sitting at Jantar Mantar for the second time from 23rd April.

A member of the protesting group said, “They (the protesting wrestlers) were crying since morning. It is not easy to throw away even a medal won at the district level and they were ready to immerse those big international medals. He was in shock, not a word was coming out of his mouth.

He claimed, “He observed a silent fast on Tuesday. That’s why did not talk to anyone in Haridwar. Everyone has returned to their respective homes but Sakshi is still in Delhi.

Two FIRs were registered against Brij Bhushan including one under the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences). Some reports have claimed that the ‘minor’ who filed the complaint against the former WFI chief is not, in fact, a minor.
