‘Iran’s Largest Bridge Has Collapsed: Trump’ ( Bridge)

Washington: US President Donald Trump has once again issued a threat to Iran. Posting on his social media platform, ‘Truth Social,’ President Trump stated, “Iran’s largest bridge   ( Bridge)  has collapsed in an attack. The time has now come for Iran to make a deal—before it is too late and nothing remains of that country.”

Amidst the ongoing conflict, attacks are being launched from both sides. In this context, Iran’s largest bridge has been destroyed in a joint attack by the United States and Israel. It is this very bridge that Trump referenced in his post. A video showing the bridge collapsing during the attack has also surfaced, revealing the intensity of the devastating bombardment currently being inflicted upon Iran.

This structure—known as the B1 Bridge—is located in the city of Karaj, within Iran’s Alborz province. It is considered the tallest bridge in the Middle East. It stands approximately 136 meters high and spans 1,050 meters in length. Divided into eight sections, its longest segment measures 176 meters. Its construction entailed a cost of approximately 400 million US dollars—equivalent to over 37,000 crore Indian rupees.

**Trump Claims Victory**
Earlier in the day, President Trump had claimed victory for the United States and Israel in their conflict against Iran. He asserted that US military operations have dismantled Tehran’s military capabilities and that the mission would be completed very soon. He noted that the primary strategic objectives are nearing fulfillment. While addressing the nation regarding his plans for the Middle East, Trump also stated that the US military would launch a massive offensive against Iran over the next two to three weeks. He once again issued a threat to target Iran’s power plants. Deteriorating Situation in Iran
Amidst the ongoing conflict, the Head of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies has issued a significant statement. The official noted that emergency medical needs in Iran are escalating rapidly, and if the fighting persists, stocks of trauma kits and other essential supplies could run low. Since the commencement of U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on Iran on February 28, more than 2,000 people have been killed and over 26,500 have been injured.
