new Delhi. The Supreme Court has said in one of its decisions that if the daughter has not kept any relation with her father, then she does not even have the right to demand money from the father. The Supreme Court has clearly said in this important decision that if a child does not have any relation with his father, then he has no right to demand money. During the hearing of a case, Supreme Court judges Justices Kishan Kaul and M.M. Sundaresh’s bench gave this verdict.

A two-judge bench of the Supreme Court clearly said that if a daughter does not have any kind of relationship with her father for a long time, then she has no right to demand money from her father. In this case the girl was 20 years old and she was free to choose her own path. Despite this, he had no relation with his father. In such a situation, she cannot demand money from them for her studies. The Supreme Court said that the age of the girl gives her the right to choose the path of her life. But after that he has no right to demand any kind of money from the appellant.

However, in its decision, the Supreme Court also added that if the mother wants, she can help the daughter with the amount of her alimony. The Supreme Court was hearing a divorce case. In which the husband had filed a petition for restoration of his marital rights, which was rejected by the Punjab and Haryana Court.

After this the person filed for divorce in the Supreme Court. In this case, an attempt was made for conciliation in the Arbitration Center of the Supreme Court. While the divorce petition was pending. It was here that the relationship between the father and his daughter was also kept for reconciliation proceedings. The daughter had been living with her mother since her birth and now at the age of 20 she had refused to even see her father. Hearing the same case, the court ruled that the girl would not be entitled to any money for her education.
