Ejaz Khan raped by luring work
The actor has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court through his lawyer Ashok Saraogi. The case has been registered at Charkop police station in Mumbai where a model alleged that Ajaz Khan sexually assaulted her in the name of getting her work in the show. According to the complaint filed by the woman, the woman was raped by the actor on the pretext of marriage and getting work in an online show. According to the complaint filed by the woman, on April 4 this year at around 2:15 pm, Ajaz called her to his house in Jogeshwari (West) and sexually abused her there. Then on April 24, 2025, at around 3:15 pm, he came to the rape victim’s house and once again sexually abused the woman.
Ajaz Khan filed anticipatory bail plea
After the anticipatory bail plea was rejected by Dindoshi Court in Mumbai, Ajaz Khan has now filed a petition in the Bombay High Court. In his petition, he also accused the complainant of attempting extortion and claimed that he was demanded Rs 10 lakh, but later she backed down. The anticipatory bail plea will be heard soon in the Bombay High Court.
