Raebareli | April 25:A serious case highlighting flaws in the education system has emerged from Uttar Pradesh’s Raebareli district. As many as 76 high school students from Sarvodaya Inter College have been left in uncertainty due to administrative negligence.

In the UP Board Result 2026 declared by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, these students were marked as ‘failed’. Investigations revealed that while they performed well in written exams, their practical exam section showed ‘Absent’ or zero marks.
📝 Students claim they appeared for practicals
Students have stated that they had appeared for their practical exams on time and their marks were available with the school. However, the school allegedly failed to upload these marks to the board’s official portal.
⚠️ Clerical error behind the issue
Preliminary findings suggest that a clerk or concerned staff member did not upload the practical marks online. Since the board did not receive the data, the system automatically marked the students as failed as per rules.
