Delhi- Clouds will remain in North India(Delhi)

New Delhi. The sky will be partly cloudy in Delhi (Delhi) today. According to India Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Delhi today can be 36 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature can be 20 degrees Celsius. Today, there is a possibility of heavy rain at different places in Kerala and Mahe. IMD’s weather bulletin says that today there is a possibility of lightning in Kerala, Mahe, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and Lakshadweep and rainfall of 30-40 km. There is a possibility of rain with strong winds with a speed of one per hour. Along with this, rain is also expected in North East states of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of stormy weather (wind speed ranging from 40-45 km per hour to 55 km per hour) in Lakshadweep, Gulf of Mannar and Comorin areas today. Fishermen have been advised not to go to these areas. According to IMD, monsoon is withdrawing from most parts of the country. Southwest Monsoon covers most parts of Bihar, remaining parts of Jharkhand, parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, entire Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha, remaining parts of Chhattisgarh, some parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, most parts of Telangana and North Interior Karnataka. Went back from some more parts today. The withdrawal line of south-west monsoon is passing through Forbesganj, Malda, Visakhapatnam, Nalgonda, Raichur and Vengurla.

According to IMD, a cyclonic circulation is present in the lower tropospheric level in and around southern Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, a Western Disturbance is present over North India broadly in the form of a trough in the westerly winds. Due to its effect, a cyclonic circulation is likely to form over Central Pakistan and surrounding areas during the next 24 hours. The effect of which can be seen in the areas of North India.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places and heavy rain with thunder and lightning at some places in Kerala and Mahe from 13th to 17th. Apart from this, there may be rain in Tamil Nadu on 13, 16 and 17 and in South Interior Karnataka on October 16 and 17, 2023. Whereas in North-West India, during October 14 to 16, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir along with lightning at some places. There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and also in Himachal Pradesh on 15 and 16 October.
