Cracks in Mahavikas Aghadi in Maharashtra due to Rahul Gandhi’s statement

Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena was the first to express its displeasure over Rahul Gandhi’s statement. Uddhav Thackeray had said that we will not tolerate the insult of freedom fighters. Although Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar has discussed this matter with Uddhav Thackeray and Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. Party sources are saying that the Veer Savarkar case has been put to rest.

Savarkar’s grandson Ranjit Savarkar has said that Rahul Gandhi has commented on Veer Savarkar, he will file an FIR against him. He said that Sharad Pawar should explain to Rahul Gandhi.
