RJD leader Sunil Kumar Singh’s statement has sparked controversy ahead of the vote count in the Bihar Assembly elections. Bihar Minister Hari Sahni said, “You can understand the ideology of those who harbor such negative thoughts just for the sake of politics and power… The election results will make these (RJD) people realize how unfortunate it is to make such statements.”
Karakat seat is a keen contest
All eyes are on the Karakat seat in Rohtas, Bihar. There’s a direct contest between the Grand Alliance and NDA candidates. The contest has become even more interesting with Jyoti Singh, wife of Bhojpuri cinema superstar Pawan Singh, contesting as an independent candidate.
