Ayodhya: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on Tuesday and hoist the religious flag on the temple’s summit. Preparations for this event are complete. Chief Minister Yogi       (CM Yogi )     Adityanath arrived in Ayodhya on Monday to review the preparations for the event at the temple complex and also reviewed the preparations made by the temple administration and the district administration.

PM Modi will visit the Mata Annapurna Temple at around 11 am.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Ayodhya on Tuesday. After greeting the people of Ayodhya, he will visit the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Before this, at around 10 am, the Prime Minister will visit the Saptamandir and pay obeisance at the temples of Maharishi Vashistha, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Agastya, Maharishi Valmiki, Devi Ahalya, Nishadraj Guha, and Mata Shabari. He will then visit the Sheshavatar Temple. At around 11 am, he will also visit the Mata Annapurna Temple. He will then offer prayers at the Ram Darbar sanctum sanctorum.

The Prime Minister will hoist the saffron flag at the top of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple at around 12 noon. This event will coincide with the Abhijit Muhurta of the marriage of Lord Ram and Mother Sita on the auspicious Panchami of the Shukla Paksha (waxing phase of the bright fortnight) of the month of Margashirsha. A 10-foot-high and 20-foot-long triangular flag will be hoisted. It bears a picture of the shining sun, symbolizing the brilliance and valor of Lord Shri Ram. It bears the inscription “Om” along with a picture of the Kovidara tree. The sacred saffron flag will convey the message of dignity, unity, and cultural continuity, reflecting the ideals of Ramrajya.

Flag built in the North Indian Nagara architectural style
The flag will be hoisted on the shikhara, built in the traditional North Indian Nagara architectural style, while the 800-meter-long parakota (circle wall designed in the South Indian architectural tradition) surrounding the temple showcases the temple’s architectural diversity. The outer walls of the main temple in the temple complex feature 87 intricately carved stone scenes from the life of Lord Shri Ram, based on the Valmiki Ramayana. The perimeter walls also feature 79 bronze-cast scenes from Indian culture.

PM Modi has given information on X regarding the hoisting of the flag on the shikhara of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple. PM Modi said, “Lord Shri Ram is the foundation of the soul, consciousness, and pride of India. It is a matter of great fortune for me that tomorrow, November 25th, at around 10 am, I will have the opportunity to visit and worship at the divine and magnificent Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex in Ayodhya. After this, at around 12 noon, I will witness the historic moment of the ceremonial hoisting of the saffron flag on the top of the sacred temple of Shri Ram Lalla. This flag symbolizes the brilliance, valor, and ideals of Lord Shri Ram, as well as our faith, spirituality, and cultural heritage. Jai Shri Ram!
CM Yogi took stock of preparations
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Ayodhya on Monday and took stock of the preparations. He also issued necessary instructions to district officials. Strict security arrangements have been made.
