CM Dhami planted a tree in the name of mother on World Environment Day

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami planted a sapling under the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign at the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of World Environment Day. On this occasion, he planted a Sita Ashok sapling.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also appealed to the people of the state to participate in this holy work and serve nature while paying respect to their mother. This campaign is dedicated to maternal respect and environmental protection, in which every person is being encouraged to plant a tree in the name of his mother.

Forest and Environment Minister Shri Subodh Uniyal and Chief Secretary Shri Anand Bardhan also planted saplings on the occasion.
