Chinese national arrested on suspicion of being a spy

Madhubani. A Chinese national has been arrested on suspicion of espionage in Madhubani, Bihar. It is being told that 39-year-old Chinese citizen Jiao Zhen Xi was roaming in suspicious condition in Madhwapur police station area of ​​Madhubani, adjacent to Nepal border. During this, on suspicion, the Border Security Force (SSB) personnel took the Chinese national into custody and handed him over to the Madhwapur police station. Investigation has revealed that Xiao Zhen Xi, a resident of Fuzen city of China, was roaming in suspicious condition by entering the Indian border area near pillar number 295 without necessary documents and visa.

According to information received from Madhubani headquarters DSP Prabhakar Tiwari, this Chinese national was roaming in suspicious condition near Gandhi Chowk on the Indo-Nepal border in Madhavapur police station area. The Border Security Force personnel on duty there stopped it and interrogated it, in which it was found that his name is Xiao Zhen Xi and he is a resident of Fuzen city of China. He told that he has entered India without a visa.

Police say that what is the purpose of the Chinese citizen entering the Indian border in this way, it is not yet known. Madhavapur Police has registered a case and sent the Chinese national to judicial custody, while the investigation of the case is going on.
