New Delhi. In Delhi-NCR today, on Independence Day, the sky will be generally cloudy and there will be light rain or drizzle. According to IMD, the monsoon trough is located north of its normal position. It is likely to move slowly southwards and come close to its normal position by August 18. A cyclonic circulation lies over south Bangladesh & neighborhood at lower and middle tropospheric levels. While a western disturbance is also running in the form of a trough in the mid-tropospheric westerly winds. All these activities can have an impact on the weather in the coming times.
