Ashraf is a dangerous gangster and one lakh prize

Prayagraj. Mohammad Ashraf alias Khalid Azim, the younger brother and vicious criminal of Bahubali mafia don Atik Ahmed, has received a major setback from the Allahabad High Court. The High Court refused to grant bail in the case of conspiring to kill two people in 2015 in Dhumanganj police station area. The High Court also made a comment during the hearing on the bail plea. The High Court said that the petitioner Ashraf is a dangerous gangster and a prize of one lakh. He is not entitled to bail.

The High Court said that 51 serious criminal cases have been registered against the petitioner. MLAs Raju Pal, Umesh Pal and two gunner are also accused in the murder case in broad daylight. Yachi Ashraf is a prize crook of one lakh, who is jailed. The court said that the accused of serious crimes like murder, kidnapping cannot be granted bail. While giving bail, the nature of crime, evidence and impact on society should be considered. The court did not consider the petitioner to get bail and dismissed the application. This order was given by Justice DK Singh while hearing the bail application of Mohammad Ashraf.

According to the FIR lodged at Dhumanganj police station in Prayagraj, on September 25, 2015 at 8.30 pm, complainant Mohammad Abid Fortuner was going to the village by car. Seven accused nominated near the madrasa fired on the car due to old enmity, killing two people. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. During the investigation, a charge sheet was filed against him on getting evidence. Its brother Bahubali Atik Ahmed has more than 100 criminal cases. The MLA is also accused in the murder case. The gang is the kingpin.

The court said there is 51 criminal case on the petitioner. Recently, there is also an accused in the murder of Umesh Pal, an eyewitness to the Rajupal murder, in which two security guards have also been murdered. On the petition of Preeti Devi, widow of the deceased Surjeet in the case, the High Court has directed a fair investigation. The eyewitness of the incident is witness. The petitioner is accused of conspiring to kill two people.
