An earthquake came to the administration of Rajasthan

A woman commissioner of Rajasthan has accused IAS Pawan Arora of running a sex racket and harassing her. The women officer said that the minister Shanti Dhariwal in the Gehlot government is defending Pawan Arora. Now the National Commission for Women has taken cognizance of this matter. A three-member team headed by the chairman of the commission will go to Rajasthan to investigate the matter.

The National Commission for Women said that they have received several media reports, in which a woman officer has accused IAS Pawan Arora of running a sex racket and harassing her. The commission said that the woman officer has also said that minister Shanti Dhariwal in the Gehlot government is defending Pawan Arora. The Commission said that taking cognizance of this, a three-member investigation team under the chairmanship of Chairperson Rekha Sharma will visit the state to investigate the matter.

A letter written by the commission for investigation

The Commission has also written to the Director General of Police, Rajasthan to investigate the matter and ensure a fair and timely investigation. The Commission has demanded that if the allegations are found to be true then the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code should be implemented. It has also been asked to inform the Commission within four days of the detailed action taken in the case.

It is worth noting that this allegation has been made by the Municipal Corporation Commissioner of Jhalawar in Rajasthan. He said that she was being transferred again and again and now APO has been done because she was not involved in their racket. He said that Housing Board Chairman Pawan Arora runs a sex racket. At the same time, Urban Development Minister of Rajasthan Shanti Dhariwal is defending them.
