New Delhi:: The country is celebrating its 75th Republic Day today. During this time, a grand parade will be organized on the duty path of India Gate. Along with the parade, colorful tableaux of different states (different states) and various cultural programs will also be organised.

The program of January 26 will begin with Prime Minister Modi offering floral tributes to the martyrs of the country. After this the PM and other distinguished guests will reach the duty path to watch the parade.
The country will celebrate the 75th Republic Day with a grand display of its growing military might and rich cultural heritage during a 90-minute parade on the line of duty today.
According to tradition, the President of the country will hoist the national flag and after that the national anthem will start with a 21-gun salute.
The Republic Day parade will begin with the salute of President Draupadi Murmu. A unique blend of the country’s military might and cultural diversity will be seen in the parade.
Along with the display of weapons of the armed forces, tableaux of various states and ministries will be taken out. Also, air show will be shown by Indian Air Force planes and helicopters in the fly past.
This time the 75th Republic Day parade on the Path of Duty will be women-centric and ‘Developed India’ and ‘India-Mother of Democracy’ will be the main themes.
A woman officer will lead the contingent of ‘Bombay Sappers’ in the Republic Day parade. All male officers will be included in the contingent of this regiment. For the first time in the 3 century old history of Bombay Sappers, a woman officer will lead the contingent during the parade.
In the parade on the duty path, 26 tableaux focused on “women empowerment” will be displayed, which will highlight the role of women in socio-economic activities and the contribution of women scientists.
From anti-satellite missiles to third generation anti-tank guided missiles and light combat aircraft Tejas, the participation of women in DRDO will be highlighted prominently in their tableau.
