New Delhi: This time Diwali is going to be employment-oriented in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to give the gift of jobs and employment today i.e. on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras. PM Modi will start the recruitment drive (recruitment drive) for 10 lakh personnel today. This campaign has been named ‘Rozgar Mela’. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand over offer letters ie appointment letters to 75,000 newly recruited youth. This program of PM Modi will be virtual and Prime Minister Modi will also address the youth through video conference.
According to the information given by the PMO i.e. Prime Minister’s Office, this will be an important step in the direction of fulfilling the commitment of Prime Minister Modi to provide employment opportunities to the youth and ensure the welfare of the citizens. In June this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had directed various ministries and departments of the government to recruit 10 lakh posts through mission mode. The Prime Minister gave this direction after reviewing the human resource situation in all government departments and ministries.
New personnel will be appointed in 38 ministries
The PMO said that as per the instructions of the Prime Minister, all the Ministries and Departments are working in mission mode to fill the existing vacancies against the sanctioned posts. Selected new personnel from across the country will be posted in 38 Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. The newly recruited personnel will join the government at various levels. For example, Group-A, Group-B (Gazetted), Group-B (Non-gazetted) and Group-C.
In which department are these appointments?
The PMO said that the posts for which the appointments are being made include Central Armed Forces Personnel, Sub Inspector, Constable, LDC, Steno, PA, Income Tax Inspector, MTS and others. The PMO said that these appointments are being made by the Ministries and Departments on their own or through the appointing agencies in a mission mode. These agencies include Union Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission and Railway Recruitment Board. The selection processes have been simplified and technically enabled for faster recruitment
