New Delhi. The Delhi Police on Sunday said it would question the estranged wife of the owner of the farmhouse where actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik attended a party a day before his death. The wife of the owner of the farmhouse alleged that her husband was planning to get rid of her (Kaushik). In a complaint addressed to the Delhi Police Commissioner, the woman alleged that her husband had borrowed Rs 15 crore from Kaushik and did not want to return it.

The Delhi Police issued a statement saying that an investigation has been started into the allegations of cheating made by the woman. The statement said, “An Inspector-level officer of the South West district has been asked to investigate the matter. The woman will be called for questioning and her statement will be recorded. The development comes a day after the police ruled out any conspiracy in the actor’s death. According to the police, the postmortem report states that the preliminary cause of death is heart attack and the cause of death appears to be natural.

Vikas Malu was trying to get rid of Kaushik
The woman claimed that her husband had introduced her to Kaushik. She said that on August 23, 2022, the actor met her in Dubai and demanded Rs 15 crore back from her husband. She said in her complaint, “I was present in the ‘drawing room’ where Kaushik and my husband had an argument. My husband promised Kaushik that he would repay the money soon. When I asked my husband, he claimed that he lost Kaushik’s money during the Covid pandemic. My husband also said that he is planning to get rid of Kaushik.

Kaushik (66) died of a heart attack in the early hours of Thursday while being taken to a hospital in Gurugram. His health deteriorated on Wednesday night and he was taken to Fortis Hospital in Gurugram, adjacent to Delhi, where doctors told that he had died before reaching the hospital.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (South-West) Rajeev Kumar said on Saturday that the investigation so far has revealed that Kaushik along with his manager Santosh Rai had come to Delhi around 10 am on Wednesday and stayed at his friend’s house in Bijwasan.

Speaking to ANI, Saanvi Maloo alleged, “I have filed a complaint regarding Satish ji’s death. He had come to my husband’s farmhouse for a party, where his health deteriorated. Some objectionable medicines have also been found from the farmhouse. Satish ji and my husband also had business relations. In August 2022, an argument broke out between Satish ji and my husband, where Satish ji demanded Rs 15 crore which he had given to him earlier. But, my husband said that he will give her the money in India.”

She further alleged, “Later when I asked him about the money, my husband said that he had borrowed money from Satish ji, but the money went into loss during the Kovid period. My husband was in no mood to return the money. He even said that he would use blue pills and Russian girls to get rid of Satish Kaushik. That’s why I have brought this angle before the police for fair investigation.

When asked about her previous complaints against Vikas Malu, she alleged that Vikas and his son “raped” her, after which she left her home. He said, “I have filed a complaint against Vikas Malu earlier also. First Vikas raped me and then forcefully married me. After marriage, his son also started raping me. It was totally intolerable for me and I left her house in October 2022.
The minor son of Vikas Malu’s first wife had also lodged an FIR against Saanvi, Vikas Malu’s second wife, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POSCO) Act. The police said that the video is also with the police.

He said, “I have pictures of many people who used to visit our house regularly. Vikas himself told me that Anas, who used to come to our house, is Dawood Ibrahim’s son. Mustafa, another person who used to visit our house regularly, is also Dawood Ibrahim’s right hand.”

After Saanvi Malu alleged his involvement in the death of veteran actor Satish Kaushik, farmhouse owner Vikas Malu alleged that his name was being “misused”.
