New Delhi. In many states of the country, the weather can change due to heavy rains and strong storms for the coming five days. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding the latest forecast. According to this, there is a possibility of heavy rains, thunderstorms and storms in many areas of Eastern India, North India and Central Western India. The Meteorological Department has said that a change in the weather will be seen from Thursday, which can continue till March 14. Along with this, a new Western Disturbance is going to come in the Himalayan region, due to which there can be a period of heavy rains and thunderstorms in North India and other areas. It will have an effect from the mountains to the plains and there will be a decrease in temperature for about 5 days.
The Meteorological Department said that the heat is showing its attitude in Goa, Coastal Karnataka, Saurashtra, Kutch and Vidarbha, where the temperature remains between 37-39. Similarly, in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, the maximum temperature is being recorded between 35-37 degrees. Here, in Jammu-Division, Coastal Karnataka and Goa, the maximum temperature has been recorded 4-6 degree Celsius above the average at some places. In the country, the states of Punjab, Kerala, Konkan, Gujarat, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Northeast India had a temperature of two to four degrees Celsius higher than the average. Talking about rain, rain or showers have occurred in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh and some other places along with thunder.

The Meteorological Department has said in the issued alert that there is a possibility of rain and thunderstorm in Northeast Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Southern Uttar Pradesh. While there is a possibility of rain and heavy rain in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha for the coming 2 days. A warning of rain and thunderstorm has been issued in Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh till March 13. During this, there is a possibility of strong wind blowing and heavy rain and hailstorm at some places. In Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and western Himalayan regions, warnings have been issued for heavy rains and thunderstorms at some places. During this the wind speed will be 30-40 kmph.
