Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has made a big announcement for citizens coming to Russia from Ukraine. He announced financial aid to those who left Ukraine and came to Russia. In this regard, he signed a government decree and asked the concerned department to help the people coming to Russia. Under this, help was started to provide help to pensioners, pregnant women and disabled people.
According to the order, help will be provided to all the people coming from the territory of Ukraine. The decree, published on a government portal, states that those who forcibly left Ukrainian territory after February 18 and took refuge in Russia would be paid a monthly pension of 10,000 rubles. Along with this, people with disabilities will also be eligible for the same assistance.

The decree also stated that the amount of aid given in the form of financial aid would be paid only to citizens of Ukraine and the self-declared Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
