Will take revenge for every death: Lt Governor Manoj Sinha

Srinagar. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has strongly condemned the killings of civilians by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Manoj Sinha said that the death of innocent people in the valley will be avenged by destroying the ecosystem of terrorism. Assuring the people of Jammu and Kashmir, he said that the central government with the help of intelligence agencies and security forces has devised a strategy to deal with the situation, which will be acted upon soon.Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said, ‘I take responsibility for these unfortunate killings. We have made a plan to avoid such killings in the Valley and soon it will be implemented at the ground level. Manoj Sinha said, tourism, prosperity and development has increased in Jammu and Kashmir in the last two years, those who are unable to tolerate it have carried out such incidents to disturb the peace. Those who have died in the Valley will be avenged for their deaths. This ecosystem of terrorism will be destroyed.

“It is a fact that now no stone pelting is taking place in Kashmir. Tourism has increased because people all over India feel safe to come here. As far as law and order in Jammu is concerned, Kashmir is doing very well. As I said earlier, I take responsibility for these unfortunate killings. To ensure that such killings do not happen again.

Referring to the recent killings in the Valley, Manoj Sinha said, “It is also true that some people are taking wrong advantage of the situation. A woman who teaches children and takes care of an orphan, a pharmacist who opens her shop even at night so that people can get medicine, a poor street shopkeeper who comes from far away to earn her livelihood, these Instead of calling it administrative failure, it should be discussed. Everyone in the country should condemn these attacks. My humble request to you and the people of this country is not to fall in the trap of those who are deliberately derailing these issues.

In a special conversation, Sinha said, we cannot discuss security measures on national television. I want to say that our security forces along with intelligence agencies have developed a strong strategy. Security forces have full freedom from our side to take action wherever they want. Some people are making such statements which are spoiling the security situation here. They should think before speaking. The security force is ready for a vigorous counter-attack.
Assuring that soon the government will have complete control over the situation in the Valley, Sinha said, it is true that people from different sections of the society have been targeted. Like, workers of political parties, our Muslim brothers, people of minority community, we need to understand the mentality of killers.
