Borivali: A man was allegedly thrashed by two brothers after an argument over playing Ludo in a local train in Mumbai on Wednesday. According to the police officer, the incident took place around 11.30 am in a local train going to Churchgate.
An official of the Government Railway Police (GRP) of Borivali said, “The trio were playing Ludo game on mobile phones. During the game, one of them pushed the other player with his elbow, triggering an argument between them. After this the twin brothers started beating the fellow passenger.”
Someone from the train compartment made a video of this incident and made it viral on social media. During investigation, the Borivali police found that the three passengers involved in the incident are residents of Nalasopara and Bhayandar areas located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
“They were traveling from Bhayandar to Churchgate,” the police officer said. The official said that Borivali GRP has identified him and an FIR has been registered against him under section 160.
