Mumbai (Anil Bedag): Capri Global Capital Limited (the “Company”) has announced a public issue of secured, rated, listed, and redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,000 each. The base size of the issue is ₹200 crore, with a green shoe option of up to an additional ₹200 crore. The total issue size will be a maximum of ₹400 crore. Trust Investment Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the lead manager for the offer.

These NCDs will offer investors an annual coupon rate of 8.55% to 9.70%, with both monthly and annual interest payment options. Investor tenure options include 18 months, 36 months, 60 months, and 120 months. The issue is proposed to be listed on BSE Limited.
