Delhi: PM Modi held a high-level meeting at his residence today in which PM Modi discussed with Defense Minister CDS and the chiefs of the three armies for more than an hour. NSA Ajit Doval was also present in the meeting. In the meeting, PM Modi has given a free hand to the army to take whatever decision it wants against Pakistan. (Pakistan) PM Modi had suddenly called this high-level meeting in which the top officials related to the security of the country were present. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was also present in this meeting and Chief of Defense Staff was present with him. Chiefs of the three armies were also present. Everyone’s eyes were fixed on this meeting.
PM said, the army should decide the target according to its own
After today’s high-level meeting, PM Modi said that I have full faith in my army, the army should reply to Pakistan according to its own. The army is free to take a decision on Pakistan. PM Modi has given a free hand to all the three armies of the country. Prime Minister Modi said that giving a befitting reply to terrorism is our firm national resolve. The PM expressed full faith in the professional capabilities of the Indian military forces and said that the military forces have a free hand to take operational decisions like what should be the method of our retaliation, what should be its targets, and what should be its timing.
Terrorism will not be tolerated – said the PM
After the Pahalgam terrorist attack, PM Modi had clearly said that terrorism will not be tolerated under any circumstances. PM Modi was on a visit to Saudi Arabia when terrorists carried out the nefarious act in Pahalgam and shot dead 26 innocent tourists. There is anger in the whole country over this heinous crime.
