We are with you’: British PM( British PM)

London: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who once again made headlines due to a heated debate with US President Donald Trump, met British Prime Minister                      ( British PM) Keir Starmer. Starmer welcomed Ukrainian President Zelensky to London who has arrived here to attend the Ukraine summit. On this occasion, Starmer told Zelensky that you are very welcome to Downing Street. He said, ‘As you have heard the slogans of the people on the street outside, you have the full support of the United Kingdom. And we stand with you, with Ukraine, as long as it is possible. And I hope you have heard the blockades on the road, these are the people of the United Kingdom coming out to show how much they support you, how much they support Ukraine.’

‘Thank you for such a big support’

Zelensky, overwhelmed by Starmer’s welcome, thanked him. Zelensky said, ‘Thank you very much Keir, Mr. Prime Minister, it was a great pleasure to be here. In fact, I saw a lot of people and I want to thank you, the people of the United Kingdom, for such a great support from the very beginning of this war. Thank you, and I am very happy that His Majesty the King will meet me tomorrow. And I am grateful that you organized such a great summit for tomorrow. And we are very happy in Ukraine that we have such a strategic friend. We have signed a historic document with you.’

European countries supported Zelensky

Let us tell you that after the heated debate between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the ‘Oval Office’, while Ukraine’s European partners and leaders of different countries of the world supported Zelensky, on the other hand the ‘White House’ was seen standing with Trump. Zelensky left the White House after an unexpected war of words with Trump and US Vice President JD Vance in the Oval Office, the official office of the US President, on Friday. The heated debate between the two leaders and the resulting outpouring of support for the Ukrainian leader have exposed the deep rift that has emerged between the US and Europe over the Ukraine issue.
