AAP’s national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal (Kejriwal ) hit back at Rahul Gandhi’s statement. He wrote on social media, “Today Rahul Gandhi came to Delhi. He abused me a lot. But I will not comment on his statements. His fight is to save Congress, my fight is to save the country.”
Earlier, Kejriwal accused the BJP and said that BJP’s rigging is clearly visible in the New Delhi Assembly. This game of making fake votes and distributing money, sheets, glasses is going on with the connivance of the DM. Today, I have met the Election Commission and demanded that the DM involved in this mess should be removed immediately.
Rahul Gandhi had said this
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Monday targeted India Block ally AAP and compared Arvind Kejriwal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing both of them of making false promises. Minutes later, Kejriwal hit back, saying Rahul Gandhi “abused him” and he was fighting to “save the Congress”. Addressing a rally in Seelampur in northeast Delhi, Rahul Gandhi raised the issue of nationwide caste census and said that he never heard a word about it from both PM Modi and Kejriwal.
Congress leader Sandeep Dixit also accused AAP
Congress candidate from New Delhi seat Sandeep Dikshit also made strong allegations against Aam Aadmi Party and said, “Aam Aadmi Party was spreading rumours that we are with BJP. BJP used to spread rumours that we are not attacking you. Now Rahul Gandhi has made it clear that if anyone is standing with the public, it is the Congress party.
