Insult of national flag in Bathinda(Bathinda) 

Bathinda: A case of an unknown person setting the national flag on fire has come to light in Bathinda, (Bathinda)  Punjab. Police say that information about the incident was received on Friday night. At present, the police team is investigating the matter. Along with this, the accused who carried out the incident has fled from the spot, who is being searched. Police has registered a case against the unknown accused. Police say that the accused will be arrested and put inside the jail as soon as possible.

Police registered FIR
Giving information about this case, Bathinda SP City Narinder Singh said, ‘Last night at around 10 o’clock we got information that an unknown person set the national flag on fire. After receiving the information, our team reached the spot. An FIR has been registered under various sections in the Cantt police station. Apart from this, our teams have been formed to catch the accused. Soon we will trace and catch the accused and strict action will be taken against him as per the law.’

Police engaged in investigation

SP City Narinder Singh said, ‘We have formed different teams and investigation is being done from all angles. Our effort is to catch the accused as soon as possible. Our teams are investigating from all angles. Someone has definitely done mischief by insulting the national flag. We are also searching the nearby CCTV footage. Along with this, we are also interrogating other people. The accused will be arrested soon.’ Let us tell you that the accused is absconding since the incident. At the same time, police teams are making all efforts to search for the accused.
