Jammu: The Government of India has taken a tough stand and given a befitting reply to the baseless statements of China and Pakistan on Kashmir. The Government of India on Thursday completely rejected the inappropriate references to the Union Territory of Jammu (Jammu) and Kashmir by China-Pak. Giving a strong reply, India has made it clear that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been, are and will always be integral parts of India. Let’s know what is this whole matter.
Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh are integral parts of India
In fact, on June 7, after talks between Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang, a joint statement was issued in reference to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. On Thursday, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that we have seen inappropriate references to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in the joint statement between China and Pakistan on June 7. We completely reject these.
No other country has the right to speak
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal has said that our position on Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh is clear and the concerned parties are well aware of this. Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been, are and will always remain integral and inseparable parts of India. No other country has the right to comment on this.
Statement issued on CPEC as well
Randhir Jaiswal has also made strong comments on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He said that part of this corridor is in the sovereign territory of India, which is forcibly and illegally occupied by Pakistan. Jaiswal said that we reject and oppose any move by other countries to strengthen or legitimize Pakistan’s illegal occupation of these places that hurt India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
