Bareilly: A case has come to light in Bareilly, which surprised even the court. Aboy who was involved in the oppression of women was sentenced to 4 years in jail without any reason and without any fault. The matter came to light when the girl implicated the young man in this entire conspiracy and retracted her testimony during the hearing in the court.
When the reality came before the court, the court, while giving its verdict, acquitted the boy and sentenced the girl to the same punishment. The court said that the boy has already served one day’s sentence, the girl will also have to spend the same number of days in jail. Apart from this, financial penalty has also been imposed in the court. The court has said that if the boy had stayed outside the jail, he would have earned more than Rs 5,88,000 ( 5.8 lakh) in this time by working as a labourer. Therefore, this amount should be recovered from the wood and given to the boy. If this does not happen then the girl will also have to face an additional punishment of 6 months.

It is being told that on September 2, 2019, a case was registered against the boy in Baradari police station for kidnapping and rape of his daughter. The police arrested the boy and sent him to jail. In this whole matter, the girl had accused the boy of feeding her intoxicating prasad, taking her to Delhi, locking her in a room and raping her.
Supreme Court

According to the information, during the testimony in the court in this case, the girl turned hostile, after which the court acquitted the boy. In this entire case, a case was registered against the girl for giving false testimony. In this incident, the court took a strict stand and said that the real victims have to suffer losses due to the actions of such women. The court said that this is a very serious situation for the society. It is objectionable to use police and court as medium to achieve one’s objective. Further said that women cannot be allowed to attack the interests of men for unfair advantage.

The court said that this case will set an example for those women who file false cases to extort money from men. In the girl’s case, ADGC Crime Sunil Pandey said that this is a case of the year 2019. A girl’s mother had filed a rape case. Ajay alias Raghav had to go to jail. After going to jail, when her trial went on in the court, the victim retracted her statements and said that he did not take her away. No rape was committed, then the court took a historic decision and sent him to jail for giving false testimony and the accused Raghav was released.
