Cold attacks again in Delhi-NCR(NCR)

Weather: The weather pattern has changed once again in the entire NCR (NCR)  including the national capital Delhi. Due to cloud cover, the game of sun and shade continued on Monday and the temperature dropped. Due to the falling temperature, Delhiites felt cold in the morning. The Meteorological Department has predicted the weather to remain similar on Tuesday also. The Meteorological Department has said that it will be partly cloudy throughout the day. People of Delhi are facing the attack of pollution along with cold and on Monday the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded around 300.

Temperature 3 degrees below normal in Delhi

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in Delhi on Monday was recorded at 7.3 degrees Celsius, which is three degrees less than the average temperature of this season. Till last week the temperature was hovering around 6 degrees and the minimum temperature was recorded around 7 or 8. But, people got relief after the strong sunlight came out and the minimum temperature reached above 10 degrees. According to IMD, on Tuesday also the minimum temperature is likely to be 7 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 25 degrees Celsius. Along with this, there is a possibility of partly cloudy sky during the day.

It may rain in these states
Along with the drop in temperature, havoc of rain can also be seen in some states. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain with cold wave in some hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand between 13 and 15 February. Apart from this, there may be rain along with hailstorm in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Due to this, cold wave may occur and people may once again have to face severe cold.
Rain and hailstorm alert in Madhya Pradesh too
The weather pattern has changed in Madhya Pradesh also and the Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain along with hailstorm. This has increased the concern of farmers, because hailstorm can cause damage to crops and vegetables. Yellow and orange alert has been issued for hailstorm in 12 districts of Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of hailstorm and thunderstorm with strong winds. There are chances of light rain in more than 20 districts. Hail warning has been issued in Dindori, Anuppur, Shahdol, Jabalpur, Seoni, Mandla, Umaria, Balaghat and Chhindwara districts.

Night temperature below zero in Kashmir

During the last 24 hours on Monday, the day remained hot and the weather remained cold at night in Jammu and Kashmir, due to which the weather condition was affected. The night temperature in Kashmir remained below zero on Monday. In the statement of the Meteorological Department, it has been said that during the last 24 hours on Monday, the day temperature increased in the entire Jammu and Kashmir. Night temperatures remained below normal at most places. The minimum temperature was minus 3.6 in Srinagar, minus 4.5 in Gulmarg and minus 7 degrees Celsius in Pahalgam. The minimum temperature in Leh city of Ladakh region was minus 13.7 degrees Celsius and in Kargil it was minus 19.7 degrees Celsius.
