wash feet
Washing the feet gives relief to the body. This also reduces the stress level. According to Ayurveda, washing your feet removes negativity and makes you feel relaxed.
don’t use gadgets
Do not use mobile phone while lying in bed. This disturbs the sleep pattern. Stop using electronic gadgets. Lying down watching TV also affects your sleep. This disturbs your sleep and you keep on changing sides throughout the night. Listen to relaxing music or read a book before sleeping. This will lead to good sleep.
