Cold outbreak in UP
In the last 24 hours, there was dense fog in different areas of Punjab and Western Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, moderate fog was observed at 1 or 2 places in Delhi, Haryana, Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. At the same time, the minimum temperature in Bareilly, UP fell by 4.5 degrees Celsius.

Due to which traffic has been affected. The minimum temperature has been recorded at 7.2 degrees Celsius in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. The weather department has predicted severe cold in the state in the coming days.
